Using my fav soft pinks, teals, greens and whites I re wallpapered EVERY room in my home. A new huge rug in shades of blue, gray, green covers my parquet wood floor in living room. I ripped out the drab brown backsplash x chose decades ago and replaced it with handcrafted teal mermaid tail tiles….which are gorgeous w/ my swirled brown granite, wraparound almond tall cabinets with Etsy pulls in pink/gold/ivory ceramic. The oversized Anthro teal/floral sofa in dinette is added to my blush velvet chairs, and bar stools at the pie shaped distressed walnut island. I mixed antique chairs, stools in every room with the soft colors above. In the master bed/bath I have ream wallpaper with watercolor huge magnolias in pinks, greens and taupe yellows . Crystal chandeliers are in every room. Each bathroom was completely redone: navy maritime theme for boys, cream and pink floral paper for girls with pink dresser. Because I have a big family ( some next door), I have antique chairs beautifully angled for maximum capacity. An Anthro CURVED sofa in emerald green velvet and teal linen faces a peacock chaise sofa in velvet. Soft pink and blue chairs in brocade, velvet, linen ….along with a slipper chair in a big DEER print just for fun! Whimsical Mackenzie reindeer and tiny jeweled trinket boxes abound. Lots of soft lamp lighting/floor lighting are at every corner. I am planning an Open House Christmas Tea inviting tons of people….all next week. I have soirees several times a year now. Such interesting women of all ages, walks of life!!!
